This role involves designinghigh - performancearchitectures , mentoring team members, and leadingtechnicaldecisionsforscalableandcloud - nativeapplications .Key Responsibilities:- Architect, design, and develop robust backend services usingJavaandSpring Boot . Leadasynchronousprogramming ,multithreading , andconcurrencysolutions for high-performance applications. Design and optimize database schemas usingMySQLandNoSQLdatabases ( DynamoDBpreferred). Integrate and manage caching systems ( Redis ) and messaging queues ( Kafka ). Define API contracts and ensure robust RESTful API design and implementation. Guide cloud deployments and infrastructure onAWS( EC2 ,S3 ,Lambda ,DynamoDB , etc.). Set up and maintainCI / CDpipelines andDevOpspractices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurescalableandmaintainablearchitecture. Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices. Participate insystemdesignreviews and promote best practices inscalableanddistributedsystems.Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development. Strong experience in asynchronousprogramming ,threading , andconcurrency . Expertise withMySQLandNoSQLdatabases (DynamoDB preferred). Solid knowledge ofRedis ,Kafka , and messaging systems. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (preferablyAWS ). Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, containerization ( Docker / Kubernetes ), and CI/CD pipelines. Strong grasp ofData Structures and Algorithms(DSA) andscalable system design . Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability systems.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with cloud-native design patterns. Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization.
