PhytogenyX is the crop protection and plant health division of JP Agro Innovations, delivering innovative solutions for pest, disease, and nutrient management. Our portfolio includes bio-based formulations, specialty chemicals, and advanced crop-care products designed to improve yield quality and sustainability.
Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales teams, coordinating marketing activities, managing dealer communications, and ensuring smooth execution of product campaigns for PhytogenyX. This role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate dealer and distributor communications.
- Track orders, payments, and inventory for PhytogenyX products.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, field demos, and product launches.
- Prepare marketing materials (brochures, banners, dealer kits) in coordination with the marketing team.
- Organise and track promotional activities and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the design team for product packaging updates.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide insights from dealer and farmer feedback to improve products and campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in agri-inputs sales, marketing, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Knowledge of crop protection products and agri markets is preferred.
Employment Type:
Full-time, based at Jammu with occasional travel to field locations.
