Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Technical / Functional Skills Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar. Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles. Knowledge of end user services metrics and KPIs.Certifications Must Have:ITIL Certification/Project Management Professional (PMP)
