About the Role :


We are seeking a VBA Automation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our data processes.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VBA, Excel, and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with the actuarial team to automate data mining and feeding processes.


- Develop and execute Alteryx workflows, R scripts, and SQL queries to extract and transform data.


- Create comprehensive reports based on data analysis.


- Ensure data accuracy by performing thorough validation and root cause analysis.


- Document workflow processes and findings.


- Work independently with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in VBA programming for Excel macros.


- Experience with Alteryx, R, and SQL.


- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.


- Attention to detail and accuracy.


Qualifications :


- 4-10 years of experience in VBA automation.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
