Purpose

The Lead - Brand Compliance plays a critical role in ensuring that the vision of

Adani Group’s ‘One Company. One Adani’ is delivered in the last mile, across the

group and its touch points. The candidate will ensure that the organization's

brand standards, guidelines and voice are consistently upheld across all business

activities. This position requires a strategic mindset, extensive experience in brand

compliance, and a deep understanding of audit and risk management. The ideal

candidate will possess a post-graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,

or an equivalent field and have at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Experience

 Minimum of 15 years of experience in brand compliance, audit, and risk

management

 Demonstrated experience in leading brand compliance initiatives and

driving organizational adherence to brand standards, preferably in a large

corporate

 Proven track record of developing and implementing brand compliance

strategies

 Experience in conducting brand compliance audits and risk assessments

 Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best

practices

Roles and Responsibilities

 Develop and implement comprehensive brand compliance strategies to

ensure alignment with organizational objectives

 Lead cross-functional teams to drive brand compliance initiatives and

promote a culture of brand integrity

 Conduct regular audits to assess brand compliance across various

touchpoints and identify areas of improvement

 Create a dashboard & tracking mechanism that helps business & brands to

be aware and track brand compliance by the respective companies

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain brand

guidelines, policies, and procedures

 Provide guidance and training to employees on brand compliance

standards and best practices

 Monitor and mitigate brand-related risks by identifying potential issues and

implementing corrective measures

 Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to brand

compliance and incorporate best practices into the organization's

framework including new technologies (such as AI) and brand / digital /

online platforms

 Prepare and present brand compliance reports and recommendations to

senior management

Education Qualification

 Post-graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent field

Certification Required

 Professional certifications in brand management, compliance, or related

areas (preferred)

 Ability to carry people with diverse views, through conviction

 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

 Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to influence and drive change across the organization

 Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding brand integrity

 Expertise in brand compliance management

 In-depth knowledge of brand standards and guidelines

 Proficiency in conducting brand compliance audits and risk assessments
