As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are thefirst human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world .You’ll initiate meaningful conversations withCHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs , and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team.This role requiresintelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-buildingnot just scripts and spamming.What you’ll do:Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls Tailor every pitch -no spam, no templates Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline inZoho CRM Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaignsWho We’re Looking For6 months to 3 yearsof B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS) Great communicator – confident writing and speaking to CHROs & senior HR leaders Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through Can connect to a 100 potential prospects everyday through multiple channels Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM tools & AI tools for prospecting will be preferred.
