As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond traditional social media management – it requires expertise in business generation, team leadership and creative campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize content distribution across platforms like Instagram, , Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Monitor trends and leverage new opportunities to keep the brand ahead in the digital space.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Strategize and implement organic social media campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Analyze and optimize content and ad performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to track social media's impact on business growth.

3. Content Creation & Creative Copywriting

  • Develop compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and high-impact creatives.
  • Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging are consistent across all social platforms.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, designers, and content creators.
  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks efficiently, and oversee the execution of social media plans.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

5. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing) to ensure successful campaign rollouts.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for better results.

6. Social Media Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Use insights to refine content strategy and improve ROI on social media activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors' strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Min. 3 years in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in lead generation through social media
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a creative mindset.
  • Experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Ability to plan and execute impactful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
