Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance our brand's online presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategy, content creation, engagement, and analytics to drive audience growth and brand awareness.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

Our Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce compelling content.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Community Engagement & Growth:

Our Social Media Manager will respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.

  • Grow the brand's social media presence organically and through paid promotions.
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Our Social Media Manager will monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

  • Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance performance and ROI.
Paid Advertising & Campaigns:

Our Social Media Manager will assist in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Track and optimize ad performance for better reach and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in BPO & SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong writing, design, and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media ads and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO and social media trends.
