Exp : 13-19 years

- Responsible for recommending technology stack, helping team in definition of solution, technology and integration architectures for small to mid-sized applications and cloud hosted platforms. Act as a product/platform owner with all the responsibilities for seamless customer experience.

- Participate in effort estimation using different techniques; planning the implementation and definition of an appropriate test strategy for the realisation of a quality solution

- Should have executed one or more cloud projects end-to-end in the past

- Help teams understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications

- Mentor and groom team members to develop a mindset of Test First approach for every Feature and Story

- Develop team members to value the importance of writing clean code

- Implement and govern software engineering processes, practices, tools and standards for development teams

- Engage with customers on technical discussions, should be able to defend the technical solution and not just present the same.

Skills :

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, various design and architecture patterns

- Strong exposure to technology frameworks and micro-services, APIs, REST webservices, leveraging Java and open source technology stack (i.e. Java, Javascript, Node.js/ Angular.js/ React.js, Spring Boot, Non-blocking Java, etc)

- Strong design, development and performance tuning skills on atleast two or more databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, NOSQL and NewSQL (e.g. PostgresQL, Cassandra, Mongo DB, Cosmos DB, MySQL etc.).

- Experience of DevOps and automation infrastructure for continuous integration and delivery using tools like GIT, Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, XL Deploy etc.

- Full SDLC experience leveraging Agile, TDD and BDD for building and rolling out highly transactional and highly available platforms hosted on-premise & on Cloud

- Must have been in a "hands on" technology role and able to guide team to troubleshoot critical issues in design or code
