Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager – IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead and optimize our global IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a strong foundation in core ITAM practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of hardware and software assets.
- ServiceNow HAM Pro Expertise:
- Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and streamline asset workflows.
- Maintain and enhance the HAM Pro configuration to support business needs.
- Asset Reconciliation & Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align asset records with purchase data.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
- Manage IT asset procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase order tracking.
- Ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets to global teams.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization and performance.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of ITAM professionals and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance on asset management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. ITIL certification is a plus.
