As the Business Head, you will lead the strategic direction, growth, and overall business performance of Fraganote. You will drive revenue, optimize operations, and ensure brand consistency across all verticals including sales, marketing, operations, and product. Youll work closely with the founders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve scalable and sustainable growth.
Key Own and execute the long-term business strategy for Fraganote.
- Identify growth opportunities, market expansion plans, and new revenue channels (online & offline).
- Lead and align cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
P&L Ownership
- Full responsibility of revenue, profitability, and budget allocation.
- Optimize pricing, product margins, and cost structures to drive sustainable profitability.
Sales & Marketing
- Oversee performance marketing, brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and retail partnerships.
- Build strong distribution strategies (D2C website, marketplaces, offline retail).
- Ensure sales targets are met across all platforms and channels.
Product & Innovation
- Work closely with product and fragrance development teams to ensure timely launches.
- Drive customer-centric innovation based on market trends and feedback.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across verticals.
- Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and accountability.
Operations & Supply Chain
- Oversee supply chain, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
- Ensure efficient backend operations for seamless customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 34 years in leadership roles in D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or luxury.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and scaling a consumer brand.
- Deep understanding of D2C landscape, performance marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire and influence.
- Passion for fragrances, storytelling, and creating differentiated brand experiences.
