Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Full-time MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in core HR functions, particularly talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the electrical, manufacturing, or FMEG sector is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and creating engaging employee experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR software systems and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Problem-Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve HR-related challenges efficiently.
  • Cultural Fit: Collaborative, inclusive, and able to work in a diverse team setting.
