The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quality control and assurance, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety across our portfolio.Key Responsibilities- Independently manage instrumental and chemical analytical laboratories with precision and discipline. - Lead analytical method development and validation for new and existing products. - Conduct stability studies to evaluate product shelf life and performance under various conditions. - Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and support internal and external audits. - Oversee document and data control to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. - Prepare and submit documentation for drug/product licensing in accordance with regulatory guidelines. - Ensure full compliance with: - Drug & Cosmetics Act & Rules - GMP/GLP standards - Weights and Measures Act & Rules - Compile and maintain product dossiers for regulatory and commercial purposes. - Train and mentor quality personnel in laboratory systems, documentation practices, and compliance protocols.Desired Skills & Attributes- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent documentation and organizational abilities - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit processes - Effective communication and team leadership capabilities - Commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence
