The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting market research, preparing statistics, analyzing financial data, identifying trends, developing case studies and leading a team of junior researchers.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in valuation, financial modeling, and equity research. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are essential.In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.Skill in evaluating the reasonableness of management's projections and assumptionsExcellent research skills to conduct in-depth industry, company, and market trend analysisAbility to identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, and opportunitiesproficiency in Excel and financial databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statementsKnowledge in visualization tools (power BI,Tableau,Zoho. etc)Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, market trends.Identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, opportunitiesPrepare detailed research reports with findings and recommendationsmentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques.Helps to prepare case studies for financial blogs and articles.Skills:Critical Thinking and Problem-SolvingEffective CommunicationRegulatory and Compliance KnowledgeIndustry and Sector ExpertiseAdaptability and Continuous LearningData AnalysisMarket Research
