Job DescriptionProgram Manager-Workshops and WebinarsRole summaryEnd-to-end owner for designing, launching, marketing, delivering, and optimizing Wellnest - workshops and bootcampsCore responsibilities- Design evidence-based workshop and bootcamp curricula (K-12, higher ed, corporate, parent) aligned to wellness outcomes and stakeholder needs. - Build turnkey program kits: session plans, facilitator guides, slide decks, activities, handouts, and assessment tools. - Own go-to-market strategy: segment GTM plans, pricing, channel partnerships, campaigns, and pilot-to-scale playbooks. - Lead marketing & demand generation for programs (webinars, content, school outreach, corporate sales enablement). - Coordinate logistics and delivery: facilitator recruitment/training, scheduling, equipment, travel, and venue/virtual setup. - Manage client relationships: scoping, onboarding, SLA management, and co-creating customization. - Collect and analyze feedback and outcome data; iterate on curriculum and delivery for continuous improvement. - Track program KPIs, prepare impact reports and case studies for sales and leadership. - Budget ownership for programs and responsibility for meeting revenue/profitability targets.Required qualifications & experience- 4–7 years' experience in Event management, Workshops/Webinars Program, learning & development or wellness programming. - Proven track record in GTM and marketing for programs or services (campaigns, pilots, partnerships). - Strong project management skills — able to run multiple programs end-to-end. - Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in Education, Public Health, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred. - Develop digital content strategies for YouTube and other video platforms to enhance brand visibility and learner engagement. - Script, storyboard, and optimize Wellness-focused video content for multi-platform distribution.Core skills & attributes- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills. - Strong commercial sense: pricing, negotiation, partnership development. - Data-driven: comfortable with program metrics, impact measurement and reporting. - Operations-oriented: logistics, vendor and facilitator management. - Empathetic, collaborative, and customer-facing mindset. - Comfortable with digital delivery and basic tech tooling (Zoom, LMS, CRM).Location & Reporting to: Miyapur
