**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and practical sessions in Programming and Full Stack Development (MERN Stack).
- Teach a wide range of programming modules covered in the **Diploma in Programming**, including:

- **Core Programming**: C, C++, Java, Python
- **Frontend Technologies**: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js
- **Backend Technologies**: Node.js, Express.js, Java (Basic), Python Flask/Django
- **Database**: MongoDB, MySQL
- **Version Control**: Git, GitHub
- **Project Deployment**: Hosting platforms, cloud basics
- Create, update, and maintain curriculum, lesson plans, and assignments.
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and performance tracking.
- Conduct code reviews and help students develop clean, efficient coding habits.
- Organize workshops, hackathons, webinars, and coding competitions.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend updates to training content.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development, specifically the **MERN Stack** (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Solid foundation in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, MVC architecture, and database integration.
- Strong understanding of web development life cycle and software development principles.
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative project tools.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
