Position: Program Manager – Academic Excellence TeamDepartment: AcademicsLocation: NoidaType: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Program Manager to join our Academic Excellence Team . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing academic operations, faculty growth, and overall learning outcomes. This role involves improving existing academic systems, driving automation, and creating data visibility through dashboards — ensuring our academic delivery remains efficient, innovative, and impactful.Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Process EnhancementImprove existing systems like faculty feedback , class ratings , and academic content tracking .Design frameworks to collect, analyze, and act upon academic and student feedback.Ensure timely availability and quality of academic content across subjects and batches.2. Process Automation & OptimizationIdentify repetitive academic and operational tasks and automate them to improve turnaround time and accuracy.Collaborate with internal tech and data teams to develop efficient workflows and tracking tools.3. Faculty Growth & DevelopmentDesign and implement programs that help faculties grow as educators and content creators .Conduct sessions, training, and initiatives to enhance teaching methodology, delivery, and digital presence.Facilitate inter-faculty learning, peer reviews, and content creation opportunities.4. Data & Dashboard ManagementBuild performance dashboards for task visibility, academic progress, and feedback trends.Generate actionable insights from academic and operational data to guide decision-making.5. Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Academic, Content, Product, and Operations teams to align academic goals.Ensure smooth communication, timely reporting, and high ownership across ongoing projects.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, or Management.2–5 years of experience in academic operations , program management , or process optimization (EdTech experience preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).Good understanding of academic delivery and faculty management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
