The Senior Creative Director (Copywriter) is responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand’s voice. This role involves leading a team of copywriters and collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients to develop innovative concepts that drive brand messaging across various platforms. The Senior Creative Director (Copywriter) ensures that all written content is strategically sound, creatively engaging, and consistent with the overall campaign vision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the copywriting team to develop original, creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message.
  • Content Strategy: Define and implement the tone, voice, and narrative style for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Project Management: Oversee the copywriting process from concept through to final execution, ensuring all content meets the highest standards and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Art Director and other creative leads to develop integrated campaigns that balance visual and verbal elements.
  • Client Interaction: Present copy concepts to clients, gather feedback, and refine content to meet client objectives while maintaining the creative integrity of the work.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, cultural shifts, and best practices in copywriting, incorporating relevant insights into creative processes.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior copywriters, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all written content is free of errors, adheres to brand guidelines, and is strategically aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and enforce the brand’s voice and messaging standards across all written materials.
