This role requires a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of AI and technology trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling narratives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Vision: Lead the creative direction for AIM Media’s print and digital publications, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual identity across all platforms.
  • Design Leadership: Oversee all aspects of design, from concept to final execution, including magazine layouts, digital assets, infographics, and event materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and event teams to develop visual content that aligns with AIM Media’s strategic goals and resonates with our global audience.
  • Brand Development: Evolve and maintain the visual identity of AIM Media, ensuring consistency and innovation in our brand’s presentation.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including printers and digital partners, to ensure the highest quality production of print and digital materials.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and technology, to ensure AIM Media remains at the forefront of design innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in media or a related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print production processes.
  • Knowledge of AI and technology trends is a plus.
