Job Title: Supply Chain Executive
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Mysore, KA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive with a strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end supply chain activities, with a focus on international/domestic shipments, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Supply Chain Execuitve (Shipping and Logistics) Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and shipping.
- Manage and monitor shipment schedules for both domestic and international deliveries.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, E-way bills, etc.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport agencies, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipping and clearance.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues in transit.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, incoterms, and other logistics requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and warehouse for seamless operations.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Support in inventory planning, order processing, and demand forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics with hands-on experience in shipping procedures.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, shipping terms, and customs clearance.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Excel, and shipment tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of applicable government regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in supply chain/logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
- Experience working with freight forwarders or export houses.
