Role Overview:
As a Claims Handler, you will manage end-to-end cargo claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling, investigation, and resolution. You will collaborate with TPA, surveyors, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver proactive claims services while maintaining compliance with global guidelines and regulatory standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication. Ensure financial control through accurate reserving and reporting. Align with claims best practices and internal policies.Qualifications & Skills:
Licentiate/Associateship/Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India (III). Experience in marine/cargo claims preferred. Strong policy interpretation and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Effective time management and file organization.
