About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hyperion DRM/EDMCS Consultant to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering successful implementations of Hyperion DRM/EDMCS solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Implementation :
- Drive the successful implementation of Hyperion DRM/EDMCS projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and project Gathering & Solution Design :
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from clients.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective and efficient DRM/EDMCS solutions.
- Develop and present solution designs, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and user interfaces.
Technical Expertise :
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Hyperion DRM/EDMCS functionalities, including data modeling, metadata management, workflow, security, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with EDMCS is mandatory.
Development & Configuration :
- Develop and configure DRM/EDMCS applications, including data models, rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure solution quality.
Data Migration :
- Plan and execute data migration activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
Training & Support :
- Provide training and support to end-users on DRM/EDMCS functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Project Management :
- Contribute to project planning and execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue & Collaboration :
- Effectively communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers.
Architecture & Design :
- Function as the applications design architect/lead for DRM/EDMCS application development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DRM/EDMCS Analyst Teams regarding application design.
- Analyze and provide solutions to existing architecture designs on the current system.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in implementing Hyperion DRM/EDMCS with a strong focus on application development.
- Proven experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices, with a focus on Chart of Accounts, product, vendor, account, employee, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Hyperion DRM/EDMCS functionalities, including Subscriptions, Workflow Policy, Validations, Expression Builders, and Extract.
- Hands-on experience with EDMCS is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with other Oracle EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Close)
- Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist)
