Required Qualifications :

- In-depth expertise in the Oracle Cloud EPM Suite, with hands-on experience in multiple implementations.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years as a Lead EPM Architect with multiple successful implementations.

- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, development, enhancement, and support across multiple applications, including :

- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

- FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service)

Narrative Reporting :

- Proven ability to analyze As-Is architectures and rearchitect EPM applications to simplify overall architecture and improve supportability.

- Experience working within the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.

- Strong project execution skills, with the ability to drive both projects and enhancements to completion.

- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of handling large datasets with accuracy.

- Problem-solving mindset, able to work in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

- Ability to understand business needs, maintain cross-functional relationships, and identify opportunities for evolving technologies.

- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial close processes.

- Willingness and ability to learn new applications as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Oracle EPM Certification is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle EPM solutions, including ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, TRCS, PCM, EDM, and Narrative Reporting.

- Provide technical and subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM best practices.

- Drive EPM process transformation, particularly in areas such as account reconciliation, financial close/consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting/analytics.

- Redesign and enhance EPM processes, including improvements to financial close, budgeting, and forecasting workflows.

- Develop technical and functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, testing procedures, and end-user guides.

- Establish strong relationships and maintain communication with key stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Collaborate across business, functional, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle EPM solutions.

- Work closely with Oracle EPM developers and analysts to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EPM solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging Oracle EPM technologies and industry trends.

- Manage project timelines and budgets for Oracle EPM initiatives.

- Research and resolve data reconciliation issues to maintain system integrity.
