- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation, Development, Enhancement, and Support, including multiple EPM applications such as ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), TRCS (Tax Reporting), PCM (Profitability and Cost Management), EDM (Enterprise Data Management), and Narrative Reporting

- Proven experience in understanding As-Is architecture and re-architecting EPM applications to streamline and simplify the overall architecture and support

- Experience with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Proven ability to execute projects and enhancements

- Identify areas for continuous improvement, simplifying, streamlining, and automating processes

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to find solutions and deliver results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

- Ability to understand business needs, maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and identify potential business cases for evolving technologies

- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and close processes

- Willingness and ability to learn new applications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Oracle EPM certification is highly desirable

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle EPM solutions, including ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), TRCS (Tax Reporting), PCM (Profitability and Cost Management), EDM (Enterprise Data Management), and Narrative Reporting

- Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on Oracle EPM best practices

- Facilitate Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) process transformation with deep expertise in account reconciliation, close/consolidation, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting/analytics

- Lead the design and implementation of enhanced EPM processes, including redesigning close, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, code testing, and end-user documentation

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Work effectively across teams, including business stakeholders, functional experts, and technical teams

- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for Oracle EPM solutions

- Collaborate with Oracle EPM developers and analysts to deliver solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EPM solutions

- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in Oracle EPM

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new Oracle EPM solutions

- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions

- Manage project timelines and budgets for Oracle EPM-related projects

- Research and resolve data reconciliation issues related to integrations, ensuring data integrity across the system.
