Job Description

Role: Oracle Fusion Financials – Functional Lead

Location: Chennai / Bengaluru 

Work Model & Timings  - Role requires to operate from office 3 days/ week during 2.30PM IST to 12 midnight IST) in hybrid model .

Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials - Functional Lead  with a strong functional background and experience in Oracle Fusion - Financials. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and understand business requirements and provide optimal Oracle Cloud solutions. Configure and support core Oracle Fusion Financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC), Expenses, and Tax. Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams. Ensure successful data migration using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integrator), and Spreadsheet Loaders.

Required Skills:

10+ years of total experience in Oracle Financials with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials. Minimum 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience. Strong hands-on configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses modules. Familiarity with Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles. Experience working with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, and understanding of Security Roles and Workflow. Strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills. Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
