Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of functional testers with expertise in Pharma/Healthcare background.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test plans and cases.- Create, review, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data for functional testing.- Execute manual functional tests and ensure test coverage across all requirements.- Ensure traceability from business requirements to test scenarios.- Drive defect triage meetings, ensure accurate defect logging and verification.- Monitor test progress, quality metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and best practices.- Identify risks and issues related to testing activities and escalate as needed.- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in functional testing, including at least 2 years in a lead role.- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.- Excellent knowledge of functional and regression testing principles.- Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA-XRAY, HP ALM.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
