MedGenome is the founding member of GenomeAsia 100K, an initiative to sequence 100,000 Genomes in Asia.We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Lead Sales CRM - Zoho in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.Skills and Experience Required:Data management and integration:- To timely add, update and manage the database acquired from various sources of lead - generation into the CRM tool. - Management of the MSL data. - Improve the quality of the database through regular cleaning of the data. - Ensure the leads are assigned appropriately to the active users with respect to any change of - user (e.g.: removal or addition).Platform optimization:- Ensure compliance by the end-users / stakeholders for an optimal usage of the platform. - Prepare and/ or update the compliance document and share with the concerned users to keep them updated. - Timely removal/transfer/assignment of licenses to active users whenever there is a change (additional/removal) of users.Data Analysis:- Analyse and present regular statistics on the CRM usage, database, conversions made, and other important platform metrics. - Create/ manage reporting and dashboard capabilities.Liaise with various stakeholders:- Act as a point of contact between the Sales and IT department to understand, coordinate and - close the gaps and ensure compliance, generate daily, weekly and monthly stats of leads, conversions and sales funnel. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes. - Administrative assistance - Ensure that CRM issues related to data or any other are addressed on priority with the concerned department.Educational Qualification:Bachelors in Computer Science or RelevantIf you are interested in this position, please click the APPLY NOW button for immediate employment consideration.
