Position Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager specializing in overseas institutional collaborations.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven background in building, managing, and optimizing relationships with international universities and colleges, while also executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and student engagement globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Partnership Management.
- Initiate, negotiate, and maintain strategic tie-ups with foreign universities and educational institutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between Prosper Overseas and partner institutions.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups on MoUs, commission structures, and onboarding documentation.
- Marketing & Promotions.
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partner institutions - including webinars, agent training sessions, virtual education fairs, and brand-building activities.
- Collaborate with internal digital and content teams to tailor campaigns for different countries and institutional partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen Prosper's global positioning.
- Event Coordination.
- Organize and host institutional visits, agent meets, and on-ground/international events in collaboration with university representatives.
- Represent Prosper Overseas at global education expos and partnership summits.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence.
- Prepare monthly dashboards on partnership performance, student enrollments per institution, and marketing ROI.
