Position Summary & Objective

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for various roles within the organization. The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in enhancing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Essential Functions Performed by the Position

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage a high volume of recruitment activities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment support.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and talent mapping to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand by promoting the company’s values and culture.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the HR team and organizational goals.


Experience

  • 8 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing successful sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with various recruitment tools and techniques.


Shift Timing:

Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work during US/UK shift hours.


Language Proficiency

Fluent Communication: Exceptional English communication skills are essential for coordinating with stakeholders and candidates.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and ATS.


Working Hours and Conditions

  • Office and Remote Work Environment.
  • May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent hiring needs.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Physical Characteristics and Demands

This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
