It empowers hotel leaders to make smarter, faster, and data-driven decisions—covering booking trends, channel performance, and revenue optimization opportunities. As we move toward monetizing and scaling RG Insights, adoption and user engagement are central to our growth.The Mission Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and adoption of RG Insights, with a laser focus on user engagement, dashboard usability, and commercial value creation. Leverage your expertise in Tableau / Power BI and data visualization to build intuitive analytics experiences that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Product Growth and User Adoption Increase active usage, feature adoption, and engagement metrics by delivering intuitive, high-performing dashboards. Implement continuous improvements based on user data, session analytics, and customer feedback. Build mechanisms to measure product stickiness (e.g., daily active users, session time, repeat logins). 2. Deliver Insight-Rich Dashboards Partner with Data, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and refine dashboards that simplify decision-making for hoteliers. Translate raw data into actionable insights that directly support commercial and pricing strategies. 3. Commercial and Product Strategy Alignment Collaborate with business leaders to define monetization levers and pricing models for RG Insights. Identify high-value data stories and packages that create new revenue opportunities. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution Excellence Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with engineering, marketing, and customer success. Present roadmap priorities and outcomes to leadership backed by data-driven justifications. 5. User-Centric Product Evangelism Build empathy-driven design improvements through close collaboration with end-users. Champion adoption initiatives through internal training, go-to-market alignment, and customer onboarding.Functional KPIs 30%+ increase in active usage and repeat engagement within 12 months. Deliver 2–3 key dashboard enhancements that increase adoption and customer satisfaction. Improve feature adoption rate by measurable benchmarks (e.g., +20%). Enhance NPS and user feedback scores for RG Insights.Strategic KPIs Drive successful monetization of RG Insights by defining and executing value-based use cases. Deliver actionable commercial insights that contribute directly to revenue growth or retention. Achieve cross-functional alignment for all Insights initiatives across Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success. Build a sustainable adoption engine with in-product analytics and customer usage insights.Key Competencies Product Growth Mindset Proven ability to grow active users, retention, and engagement through experimentation and iteration. Data Fluency Power user of Tableau / Power BI; capable of creating and interpreting complex dashboards to drive strategy. Customer Empathy Understands hotel users’ challenges and translates them into meaningful insights and product features. Commercial Acumen Uses analytics to identify monetization levers and drive revenue impact. Execution Excellence Skilled in agile planning, sprint prioritization, and cross-functional delivery. Influence and Collaboration Drives alignment across teams through clear communication and stakeholder management.Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, analytics, or data-driven environments. Hands-on experience designing or managing dashboard-heavy products using Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated success in improving product engagement, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
