Location:Chennai or Bangalore, India Role Overview We’re looking for an experiencedSenior Product Managerto leadQube Wire, our flagship content distribution platform used by exhibitors and distributors worldwide. This is astrategic leadership rolethat blends technology, operations, and market growth. You’ll define and drive the product vision, work closely with engineering and business teams, and partner with senior leadership to scale Qube Wire globally.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Management Define and execute theproduct vision, strategy, and roadmapfor Qube Wire, aligned with Qube Cinema’s overall objectives. Own theend-to-end product lifecyclefrom concept to launch and iteration. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Identify and drive opportunities for platform scalability, automation, and integration. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, distributors, content owners, and technology partners. Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from global stakeholders to inform product direction. Present product strategies, metrics, and progress updates to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Collaborate with international teams to align regional requirements and ensure consistent user experience across markets. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases and major updates. Create and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective product launches and customer adoption. Represent Qube Cinema at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Define and monitor success metrics post-launch to assess product adoption and market performance. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers. Build scalable product processes and promote a culture of innovation and customer focus. Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing teams beyond direct reports (engineering, ops, and sales) to drive execution.Required Qualifications: Experience 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity. 3+ years of team management experience. Proven track record in managing B2B or enterprise SaaS products. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex technology platforms. Experience working on high-availability or mission-critical systems with strong operational dependencies preferred. Skills & Competencies Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Deep understanding of product marketing and go-to-market execution. Highly data-driven decision-making with proven analytical ability. Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity. Experience managing global teams and products across multiple markets. Comfort with technical concepts related to APIs, Storage protocols, and integrations.
