We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, and custom software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of AI/SaaS offerings and a proven track record in B2B tech sales.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced and innovative Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and develop relationships with new B2B clients across industries for AI and SaaS-based solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored technology solutions (AI models, SaaS platforms, custom software).
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, proposal creation, to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging
technologies in AI, SaaS, and cloud.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and virtual Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (custom software development, AI solutions, SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., NLP, ML, LLMs) and SaaS delivery models.
- Proven experience in consultative/solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in closing high-ticket deals ($10K$100K+ range).
- Should have handled both inside sales and field sales.
- Capable of managing SDRs and improving their performance through coaching and systems.
- Able to plan and execute lead generation campaigns via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Hands-on with sales tools CRM, cold email platforms, automations, etc.
- Should have worked with international clients (US/Europe preferred).
- Strong in account management maintaining client relationships, upselling, renewals.
- Ability to understand tech and AI products and position them effectively to different ICPs.
- Good with numbers and sales forecasting.
