This leadership role requires a visionary thinker with a deep understanding of global market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in international markets. Align sales objectives with overall company goals.• Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize key markets for growth. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.• Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and address any challenges effectively.• Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.• Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution.• Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.Experience & Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.• Experience in B2B Key Accounts, International experience, team management , 15- 20 years of work experience of which at least 5 years in a team lead role.• Experience in Value selling, experience in Water Based Emulsion coating and South & South East Asia Markets will be preferred.• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
