- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- The BA will act as a bridge between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops
- Document business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases and assisting users
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 5+ years)
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus
