Summary
As a Growth Strategist in a leading Advertising Technology company, you will be a key member of
our team. You’ll be responsible for driving the organic growth of the company. Responsibility
includes creating and managing digital marketing campaigns - SEO, Social media marketing, email
marketing, and content marketing. The ideal candidate must be aware of best practices and trends
of the latest digital marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website٫ emails٫ social
media and blogs).
● Identify new opportunities through strategic research on products٫ services٫ and current
strategies.
● Review existing digital marketing strategies and identify weaknesses and potential
improvements.
● Conduct market research for the latest marketing trends and competitive scenarios and to
understand the target audience.
● Tracking and analyzing campaign performance with the help of GA 4 and various analytical
tools to provide actionable information.
● Collaborate with all creative, content, and development teams to ensure consistent
messaging and brand alignment.
● Monitoring and maximizing the website’s performance, conversion rate, and user experience
is part of a digital marketing specialist’s job description.
● Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence based on these
metrics.
● Forecast trends through monitoring of SEO/SEM٫ marketing٫ and sales performance metrics.
● Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new
campaigns.
● Develop, maintain and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns to
drive customer acquisition & fill the sales funnel.
● Collaborate across teams to support lead generation campaigns through email
marketing copy, digital banner creative, and social media posts and analyze content
effectiveness by leveraging web metrics and gauging the performance of tactics.
● Contribute ideas to help identify ways to develop our customer evangelists.
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in B2B lead generation.
● Strong grasp on conversion funnel optimization and analytics.
● Proven experience in content strategy, with a focus on heavy research-driven content
creation.
● Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in using analytics tools (GA 4).
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to manage content calendar, scheduling, and publication of content across various
platforms.
● Ability to analyze web traffic metrics.
● Experience in website optimization & A/B testing
● Good understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
● Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
