This is a consulting role, not a product engineering or internal IT support position. You will design, build, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP/CRM/eCommerce solutions through customizations, integrations, data migrations, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus, particularly in the context of integrations with NetSuite.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESNetSuite Implementation & Solution Delivery- Lead technical design, configuration, customization, and deployment of NetSuite ERP/CRM/eCommerce solutions. - Develop Suite Script (1.0/2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, Suite Talk, REST lets, and Suite Analytics solutions tailored to client requirements. - Architect and implement integrations with external systems (Salesforce, Shopify, Workday, EDI platforms, middleware such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft). - Design and oversee data migration strategies (ETL, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation). - Ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices for scalability, performance, and security.Client Consulting & Engagement- Operate as a client-facing consultant: participate in discovery, solutioning, design, build, and deployment. - Context-switch across multiple client requests and projects in the same day. - Contribute to pre-sales through technical proposals, estimates, and proofs of concept.Internal Leadership & Mentorship- Provide technical leadership to junior developers/consultants. - Mentor peers in coding, testing, and deployment best practices. - Author and review technical documentation (solution designs, specifications, test scripts, deployment guides). - Contribute to continuous improvement of Withum's technical delivery methodology, templates, and accelerators.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEConsulting Acumen- Minimum 7+ years of NetSuite technical consulting and solution delivery experience. - Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.NetSuite Technical Expertise- Hands-on development experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, Workflows, RESTlets, and Custom Records. - Proven track record of integrating NetSuite with external applications via custom API solutions and middleware vendors (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.) - Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including CSV imports, SuiteCloud, and third-party ETL platforms. - Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and general database concepts. - Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket). - Domain knowledge across ERP/CRM processes: Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, eCommerce.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Suite Cloud Developer II, or ERP Consultant certifications. - Experience with international or multi-subsidiary NetSuite rollouts. - Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). - Knowledge of DevOps practices for NetSuite (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, testing frameworks). - Hands-on experience with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Suite Commerce Advanced). - Development background in .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js for middleware/integration work. - Prior experience working with global distributed teams in a consulting environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Website: www.withum.comWithum will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because he or she is a protected veteran.
