Ltd. is looking for a sharp, street-smart, and solution-driven professional to manage Customer Support Escalations & Operations for a large, enterprise-grade retail brand in the fashion & apparel space.This is a high-impact, on-ground role where you’ll be representing DynaNet, while working from a client office in BKC, Mumbai, closely coordinating with multiple internal teams.🧩 Role OverviewYou will act as the central owner of escalations and CS operations, ensuring smooth resolution, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement of customer experience.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end customer escalationsAct as the bridge between Customer Support, Operations, Tech, Supply Chain & Business teamsEnsure timely resolution of high-priority and sensitive customer issuesCoordinate and streamline Customer Support processesTrack, analyze, and report CS performance metricsCreate and maintain reports & dashboards using Google Sheets / ExcelIdentify root causes, propose solutions, and drive process improvementsSupport day-to-day CS operations oversight when required🎯 Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience in Retail / Fashion / Apparel industry is mandatoryPrior exposure to large retail brands / enterprise environments preferredStrong understanding of e-commerce customer journeysExcellent command over Google Sheets / Excel (reports, MIS, analytics)Street-smart, proactive, and quick problem solverStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsExperience level: 2–5 years (flexible for the right candidate)💡 looking for someone experienced enough to independently handle escalations and operations.📍 Work LocationOn-siteBKC – Mumbai💰 CompensationMinimum Salary: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,50,000 per annum(Final compensation will depend on experience, retail exposure, and skill fit)🌟 Why Join DynaNet?Work on large-scale retail operations with enterprise clientsHigh ownership, high visibility roleOpportunity to build and influence customer experience processesExposure to complex, fast-paced retail environments📩 Interested?Drop your CV at abhijeet@dynanet.support or reach out via LinkedIn DMImmediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
