The Customer Support professional will handle client inquiries, provide assistance with resolving customer issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support when needed, and ensuring an overall positive customer experience. Moreover, the role will focus on fostering effective communication to resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service Skills and ensuring Customer Satisfaction to uphold quality service standards Must have Bpo experience Should be okay with US shifts/rotational shifts Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced situations Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus Graduate/ HSC freshers can also apply Requirements & Specifications: Salary: ₹2.4LPA - ₹8LPA + incentives (₹10-20k) Locations: Malad, Vikhroli, Thane, Goregaon & more Shifts: UK/US/AUS Shifts available 5 days work, 2 days off
