Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to spearhead B2B sales of specialized technical products and solutions to relevant manufacturers and businesses. The ideal candidate will leverage deep product expertise and strong client relationship management skills to drive business growth and expand market share within assigned technical segments.Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, industrial, technology, specialty sectors), fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. - Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and technical support on product/solution specifications, application, integration, performance, and relevant regulatory standards tailored to client operational needs and existing systems. - Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct technical trials, product demonstrations, and detailed presentations to effectively showcase product functionality, value proposition, and innovative capabilities. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies and comprehensive business plans to consistently achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets and market expansion goals. - Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (e.g., Engineering, R&D, Production, Support) to accurately address complex client-specific technical queries, manage customization requests, and ensure seamless project execution. - Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, technological advancements, and customer feedback to strategically inform product positioning, pricing, and future development efforts. - Documentation & Compliance: Ensure meticulous and accurate documentation of all technical specifications, test reports, data sheets, and compliance adherence (e.g., ISO, industry-specific certifications, safety standards) for all products and solutions sold.
