The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Marketing / Brand Executive to join our team in Adyar, Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role, working directly with the founders to drive brand presence, promotions, and campaigns for both the academy and our product brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Life & Art Academy and its e-commerce brands.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging stories, posts, and reels for social media.
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables by coordinating with internal teams, students, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in developing creative campaigns, identifying new trends, and brainstorming growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through effective servicing and communication.
  • Support event-based marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and student showcases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of work experience (internship experience also considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of social media platforms for publishing content.
  • Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools are a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of spoken Hindi is an advantage).
  • Energetic, extroverted, and collaborative team player.
  • Degree not mandatory – passion, creativity, and dedication matter more.

Location: Adyar, Chennai (Full-time, On-site)

Start Date: Immediate
