Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with target audiences and business goals. Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner to identify high-value keywords.Optimize meta tags, title tags, and header tags with strategic keywords. Enhance internal linking structures and improve website speed and mobile responsiveness. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical methods, including guest posting and content promotion. Promote content across social media platforms and engage with audiences to increase traffic. Optimize Google My Business and enhance local SEO efforts. Monitor online reviews and manage reputation on platforms like Google and Trustpilot. Conduct regular technical audits to identify issues like broken links and crawl errors. Implement schema markup and structured data for enhanced search visibility. Collaborate with developers to optimize site performance and speed. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions. Provide actionable insights through detailed performance reports. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
  • Experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Certifications in SEO or related fields are a plus
