About the Role:

As a Lead - Marketing Success, you’ll:

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Own end-to-end campaign management across multiple clients to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Specialize in Meta Ads: Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on maximizing ROAS.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Assess campaign effectiveness, optimize performance metrics, and improve strategies to drive continuous success.
  • Manage Multiple Clients: Juggle several client accounts and ensure customized strategies for their unique business goals.
  • Lead Various Campaign Types: From lead generation and retargeting to brand awareness and conversions, you’ll manage a diverse range of campaign types.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ROAS, campaign planning, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns with an eye for results.
