Role Description:

- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in Rohini on a full-time basis.

- The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, understanding customer needs through analytical insights, conducting sales activities, and overseeing project management tasks related to customer relationship Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Utilize analytical skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

- Coordinate and oversee project management tasks related to CRM initiatives.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, monitor progress, and analyze data for Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address customer needs effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey information clearly.

- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a track record of achieving targets.

- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and relationships.

- Knowledge of educational counseling and admissions processes is advantageous.
