We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, build lasting partnerships, and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to think critically and execute effective strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies and expansion plans.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, industry networks, and business partners to foster collaborations.
- Build alliances that drive mutual value and strengthen the company's market positioning.
- Prepare business development reports, performance dashboards, and pipeline updates for leadership.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Ensure all sales processes and documentation are maintained in CRM tools.
- Assess risks, challenges, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Think analytically and critically to assure the success of initiatives and projects.
- Take ownership of business objectives, working independently while collaborating Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in [insert relevant industry]).
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zendesk or similar).
