Paid Media Specialist Job Opportunity

The role of Paid Media Specialist encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, primarily centered around devising and implementing paid media strategies across various channels. This includes platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon advertising, and programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to meet the objectives of our clients. This involves conducting thorough research and analysis to identify key trends, audience insights, and market opportunities.
  • Media Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to gather data and insights that inform media planning decisions. This may involve analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate the success of digital campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) established prior to campaign launch. Use this data to inform future strategy development and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle. This includes addressing client inquiries, providing regular updates on campaign progress, and escalating any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Digital Media Proficiency: Be well-versed in ads dashboards for major platforms, including Facebook, Google Adwords, DV360, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, Amazon advertising, and programmatic advertising.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of tools such as Similar Web, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Adobe analytics.
  • Leadership and Independence: Demonstrate the ability to guide teams and work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing strong organizational skills and initiative.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital media buying across various platforms.
  • Education: Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
