Handlerate negotiationsand ensure smooth onboarding processes. Work closely with consultants and team members, maintainingdaily communication and follow-ups . UtilizeCeipal ATSor similar platforms for candidate management (experience preferred). Stay updated onhot IT skills and current market trends . Possess strong knowledge ofUS tax terms—C2C, W2, and 1099 . Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years ofUS IT Recruitment experiencewith a proven track record offast profile submissions . Strong understanding ofUS hiring processes ,visa classifications , andtax terms . Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and networkingabilities. Experience withCeipal ATS(preferred). Must be able towork under pressure , manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive, professional attitude.
