Established as part of the Oracle Solution Center, a flagship program featuring state-of-the-art systems, cutting-edge technology, and customer-experience sites worldwide, the Oracle AI Centre of Excellence offers both a digital and physical environment, equipped with the latest cloud and AI technologies.Supported by a dedicated team of Oracle experts and a diverse network of partners, the Centre is designed to help organizations train teams, experiment in secure cloud environments, and provide the knowledge needed to transform critical business operations.What You'll Do- Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements across India, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape and win strategic AI opportunities. - Drive discovery, solution architecture, executive-ready demos, PoCs/benchmarks, and technical deal support for customers in regulated and high-scale industries. - Lead technical discovery with C-level, business, data, and engineering stakeholders; translate business objectives into clear AI problem statements and solution approaches. - Architect end-to-end AI solutions using deep learning and LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning approaches), integrating vector databases for retrieval, personalization, and semantic search. - Present and articulate advanced product capabilities, future roadmap, and solution differentiators; tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences. - Partner with field team on opportunity strategy; influence deal progression, objection handling, competitive positioning, and executive briefings.What You'll Need- 5+ years in solutions engineering/pre-sales or closely related roles delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions across the region. - Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes. - Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; highly detail-oriented with a passion for work quality. - Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and shepherding AI projects from concept to production handoff. - Work arrangement: on-site at Oracle Gurgaon, India officeTechnical SkillsDemonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas:Deep Learning- At least two years of experience using Deep Learning models to solve problems - Worked with a variety of the different models - Experience with model training and finetuning - Deployed at least three projects which have gone liveGenerative AI- At least one year of experience using LLMs - Worked with at least two models, with or without RAG - Experience with finetuning LLMsVector Database- Knowledge/Experience with vector database functionalities - Able to configure a vector database for a specific use casePython Coding- Expert level expertise in Python language - Substantial portfolio of Python applications
