About the Role We are seeking aseasoned AI / GenAI Solution Architectwith deep expertise inAI/ML, LLMs, and Agentic Frameworks, who can design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen inPython, Azure AI stack, and CoPilot integrations, combined with hands-on experience insolution architecture, client engagement, and RFP/RFI leadership. Key Responsibilities Architect and deliverend-to-end GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutionsfor enterprise clients. Designscalable, secure, and cost-effective AI-ready architecturesleveraging cloud technologies (Azure preferred). Provide technical leadership inGenAI framework design, MLOps, and LLMOps implementations. DevelopAI CoPilots, chatbots, and agentic workflowsusing modern frameworks and APIs. Leadproposal creation, estimations, and RFP/RFI responsesfor AI/GenAI engagements. Collaborate with clients as atrusted AI advisor, driving solution roadmaps and transformation initiatives. Buildreference architectures, reusable components, and acceleratorsfor GenAI adoption. Collaborate cross-functionally withdata engineering, product, and cloud teamsto ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 15+ yearsof overall IT experience, with5+ years as an AI/ML/GenAI Architect. Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise inPythonfor AI/ML development. Proven experience designing and implementingLLM and Agentic AI architectures. Deep understanding ofGenAI frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps. Strong exposure todata engineering pipelines(ETL, data lakes, orchestration). Hands-on withAzure AI stack(Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, CoPilot, AI Studio). Additional experience withGCP or AWS AI/ML servicespreferred. Familiarity withDatabricks, Snowflake, Palantir, or similar data platforms. Client & Leadership Skills: Proven success inclient-facing roles, handlingRFPs, proposals, and estimations. Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and leadershipabilities. Ability to mentor teams and buildGenAI solution acceleratorsand PoCs. Preferred Certifications: Azure AI Engineer / Azure Solution Architect / GCP ML Engineer / AWS ML Specialistcertifications are an advantage. Domain Exposure (Preferred): Experience inBFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sectorwithregulatory-compliant AI systems.
