Job Description
Site Leadership & Build-Out Establish and scale our India engineering site from scratch Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent across functions Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation Platform Architecture & Scalability Lead the design and evolution of our core lending technology platform Ensure architectural robustness to support exponential growth and agility Collaborate with global engineering leaders to align platform and product strategy Product Development Drive the 0→1 and 1→10 journey of product development in India Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to deliver high-impact solutions Balance speed, quality, and scalability in execution Strategic Leadership Act as a thought partner to the executive team on technology strategy Inspire through intellect, credibility, and clarity-not hierarchy Represent the India tech center in global forums and leadership discussionsThe Successful Applicant
Engineering Site Builder: Proven experience setting up and scaling tech centers or R&D hubs in India from scratch. Platform Architect : Deep expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms with AI/ML integration. Strategic Technologist : Ability to align technical architecture with business goals, and influence cross-functional leadership globally.-
