Exploring the role
RateGain is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President – Sales to take on the role of managing sales in US geography. This critical position will be responsible for driving the topline revenue generation in the Americas region, which contributes 55% of our total revenue. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and a proven track record in Travel Hospitality Technology sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve YoY growth. The candidate must have the commercial drive to execute a strategic vision that aligns with company’s growth objectives in a competitive hospitality technology environment.
How your day will look like/Job responsibility
•Drive new business acquisition in the Americas, focusing on identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value opportunities to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
•Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and maximize profitability across all RateGain business lines.
•Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
•Identify and act on emerging opportunities within the Travel Hospitality Technology sector, leveraging innovative solutions to address customer pain points and gain a competitive edge.
•Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners, driving deal closure and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
•Represent RateGain at industry events and conferences, positioning the company as a leader in the market and strengthening its brand among key stakeholders.
•Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to refine product offerings and ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies

Education & Work Experience
•A minimum of 18+ years of experience in sales orbusiness developmentwithin the Travel Hospitality Technology sector.
•Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
•Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers.
•Willingness to travel within America and internationally.
Knowledge
•Extensive expertise in Travel Hospitality Technology sales, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape in the Americas.
•In-depth familiarity with travel and hospitality technology solutions, coupled with strong industry relationships and a network that supports business growth.
•Proven ability to craft and implement commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth in complex, competitive environments.
